Colder Weather is Pushing Birds into the Area
01.12.10

The colder weather is pushing birds into the area in good numbers. We had success over the weekend with some limits being taken in several fields around the farms. The birds are getting wary as the season progresses and this is the time of year when our high-quality fields pay huge dividends. We have definitely noticed that the birds this season seem to be smarter than ever and we have had to throw every trick in the book at them.

Needless to say the guides and the crews are putting in countless hours trying to make things happen for our clients, we enjoy harvesting birds and maintaining our status as premier goose facility. So when things get tough afield remember that we are doing everything possible within our means to provide you with a first class experience, and if were not please let us know. Without you our club wouldn't be where it is today, we appreciate your support.

The weather forecast shows cold temps with flurries late in the week on top of our already accumulated 4 - 6 inches of snow. This could be the weekend to load up! Hunting days are getting fewer, schedule a time to come out while the weather is mild and we have good snow cover.
